Frankie was picked up by Animal Control in bad condition in a nasty part of Los Angeles, but is now on the road to recovery. He is thought to be around a year old and weighs in at about 10 lbs; he has full length tail that curls up on his back. Frankie is 100% house and crate trained. He is learning to walk on a leash. After all he has been through Frankie loves everyone and both of his foster canine siblings. Frankie especially loves his toys; he is always got one in his mouth walking around the house.
