CongRATulations to the Bryant/Watts family!

Frankie was picked up by Animal Control in bad condition in a nasty part of Los Angeles, but is now on the road to recovery. After all he has been through Frankie loves everyone and both of his foster canine siblings. Frankie especially loves his toys; he is always got one in his mouth walking around the house. corvette2009thRat Terrier ResQ has teamed up with Guardian Angels Basset Rescue to be able to offer a chance to win this AMAZING vintage Corvette, a 1960 White Corvette roadster with red interior and black top. It has a four-speed manual transmission (“four on the floor”) and 283ci engine. This was the last year to feature the taillights formed into the rounded fenders. It was also the last year for the heavy “teeth” in the grill. (See an enlarged image).

What happens if enough tickets are not sold?

If an extension is required, the drawing will take place no later than 60 days from original raffle date. What are my chances of winning?
Odds of winning will be determined by the number of tickets distributed/sold.

Is this a legally approved and registered raffle?
Yes. Raffle drawings to benefit charitable organizations are legal in most states and are completely acceptable and common ways for charities to raise money for their programs and services. GABR is registered as required by the state of Illinois.

Who can participate in the drawing?
Tickets must be purchased in the name of an individual. The drawing is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.

Do I have to be present to win?
No. Raffle entrants do not need to be present to win. The winning ticket will be drawn at the date, time and location specified on our web-site. The number of the winning ticket and corresponding wining name will be announced at that time. We will encourage the media to attend and publicize the event.

How long will it take to receive the prize?

Adopted!

CongRATulations to the Oxton family!

Given a leash, a bowl, and maybe a rubber band and a paperclip, we all know MacGyver could make a daring attempt at finding his own home, but ResQ has stepped in to help him a bit. This boy is darling: fun, playful, friendly, loving. He’s got a heart of gold and is looking for love to last a lifetime. MacGyver, who is about 1 to 2 years old, was abandoned at a Texas shelter, but it’s our gain because he’s been a joy to know. He is a skinny 16 pounds, and will probably end up at 18 pounds once he’s at his ideal weight. He is very playful with other dogs (stranger dogs and his “siblings”) and is good with people of all ages. MacGyver lives with cats currently and does okay with them — he’s very interested in them. He can be a little timid at first and is currently working on crate training and house training, as well as working on outgrowing puppyhood, and we’d expect his new family to work with him to finish his training. Rat Terrier ResQ expects a lot of interest in MacGyver, the wonder dog, so get your applications in quickly! Make sure you see more pictures of this heartbreaker!
