CongRATulations to the Thomsen/Jones family!
Joey is a happy energetic little guy and a wonderful companion. He is around 2 years old, weighs 11 pounds, is house trained and crate trained, and has excellent house manners. The shelter said he did not react to their cats. Joey is getting along well with the other dogs in his foster home. He loves riding in the car and walks well on the leash. He enjoys neck rubs, head rubs, belly rubs — you name it! Joey is devoted to his toys and wants to be with his people. We think he needs to be with experienced terrier owners, because when he came to us three weeks ago, he was frightened of quick motions and got tense at times. This behavior has diminished greatly, probably because he has become accustomed to his foster home and foster family. Nevertheless, we would recommend that he not be in a home with children.
