Gracie is a 13-pound bundle of energy with a tail that wags all the time. Gracie loves everyone she meets, women and men equally, and gets along with all the dogs in her foster home. She sleeps willingly in a crate at night, and is learning basic manners. Gracie is learning to walk on a leash and brushing up on her house training. Gracie is part Rat Terrier and Bull Terrier, and because of the BT breed, she suffers from OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) but it is controlled on medication that costs $14 a month. This has calmed her significantly. A quiet home is best for her, as lots of activity increases her OCD behavior. We are working on reditrecting her with obedience training to help her mind focus more. She thinks sleeping on the bed is the bomb! Sorry, but applicants without a fenced yard will not be considered for this girl. Please see more pics of this girlie!

Saw the logo on one of your vehicles on HWY 43, so searched for your web site. Cool!
Would like another RT to be company for my 6yr old male RT. Busy home, though – kids in and out at all hours. An OCD challenged RT would probably be a poor fit, but would love to know of other adoption opportunities in the area. I’ll keep an eye on the web site.
posted July 25th, 2010 at 12:13 pmI was just wondering on Gracie whats her age? and has she ever been to a dog park? Im looking for another dog to be a playmate. Our dogwe have is named is Foo a RT mixed. he to is on medicine himself so we have to keep our home kinda quite. I dont have a fenced in yard but I do take him the dog park about twice a week.
posted August 3rd, 2010 at 8:18 pmGracie is about a year old. She has not been to a dog park, but she has been to doggy daycare. She is not aggressive with other dogs. If anything, she seems to be more worried about them beating her up.
