CongRATulations to the Carreno family!
Hi! My name is Gizmo. I’m 3 years old and I weigh 14 lbs. Before I became a Rat Terrier ResQ dog, I was a stray in Northeast Arkansas. I was injured on the street and spent 3 days under a tree in a pile of snow before a nice volunteer came to get me. Due to my injuries, I was not eligible for adoption. Another volunteer arranged for me to take a plane ride to Florida where my foster mom was waiting for me. I’m doing much better now and am recovering from my injuries. I hope to be ready for my own family soon. I’m a really good boy. I sleep in my crate without complaining. I’m house trained, and I get along with everyone, including cats, dogs, and kids. I’m also very vocal and will talk to you if you like, but I promise not to bark too much. Do you have room in your heart and home for me? If so please adopt me, I have my own leash and will travel.
