ADOPTED!! Lady
Adopted!
CongRATulations to the Yearly family!
Three weeks before Christmas I was dumped at the shelter in Corsicana, Texas. The nice people there made me comfortable for the night since I was so pregnant. When they came in the next morning I had given birth to some puppies. The nice people at the shelter separated us from all the other dogs so we would not get sick and set out to find a rescue for us to go to. Two days before Christmas we rode to Dallas where my foster mom met up with the transporter and took us to a nice warm place. Now I’m looking for my forever home. I’m a little over a year old, weigh just 11 pounds, love to sit next to my foster mom, am house broken and know how to use a potty pad while she is at work. I love my foster mom’s dog, he has taught me Rat runs and how to play. I make a great doorbell, too. I come to my name, love to ride in the car and go for walks. Please see more pictures of me — I’m so cute!
Stumbled along your blog while researching my little terrier. We got him last June at a no kill shelter in Killeen, TX.

Have you found a home for lady?
Thanks! They are wonderful dogs, ’tis true! No, Lady is still looking for forever love! :)

posted June 7th, 2010 at 12:52 pmLady has been in foster since Dec? Why so long? See is as cute as a button. In January I had to put my sixteen year old rattie down and that just about killed me, and her sister has missed her greatly. I am now ready to start looking again. What can you tell me about Lady!
