Darla Darla is 1 to 2 years old, and was picked up as a stray in central Arkansas. When the temps at the shelter reached 100 degrees, ResQ was asked to take her. Darla is an athelete, very strong and solidly built. She loves to run, chase tennis balls, tug-of-war, and play, play, play. She and her foster brother Ruger are best pals. Darla is housebroken with a doggie door, and loves to do rat runs in the backyard of her foster home. She weighs about 16 pounds, and is solid muscle, not an ounce of fat on this girl. Darla has completed heartworm treatment, and is looking for her permanent home. Darla is probably fine with older children who like to play ball, and the perfect home for her would have a fenced backyard or some other way to burn off energy.
