Adopted!! Yogi
Yogi is a sweet, laid back, handsome 2 year old male rat terrier. He was rescued from a kill shelter and now has a great foster home in Tampa FL. Yogi loves being around people and especially loves to be with children. He loves the attention he gets from them, and would do very well in a home with children to play with. Yogi likes other dogs and is very friendly with them, but is very cautious about interacting. He becomes afraid if other dogs play rough. He will chase his foster brothers around the house, but if they growl or bark he runs away. Yogi likes being outside, and going for walks is his favorite thing to do! His perfect home would have a backyard for him to run and play in. He knows how to walk quietly on a leash and will not lunge at or bark at dogs or people walking by. He knows how to sit, stay and lie down, because he is smart! He is not a barker. Yogi is fully housebroken and is not destructive in the house. He does not have any behvavorial issues at all. He is just a very quiet, loving dog who needs a new home. Could that home be yours?
We like this rat terrier if Yogi is still available. Is delivery possible and safe for Yogi? What would be the total cost. We may be able to pick up from Waterloo, IL -(the st Louis Area) if delivery is not suitable.

Good Morning: My husband and I completed an application to adopt Yogi from your web site. We are wondering how long this process takes and when we can expect to hear from you. My husband and a friend of ours have been contacted/interviewed but as of today we have not heard anything about the adoption. We are hoping to adopt a dog especially one that was saved from a kill shelter. We are very anxious and excited about the possibility of having a dog in our home. Our home and yard are ready for an energetic and active pup.
