**RIP**Gracie
Sweet Gracie had a very difficult start in life. She is part Rat Terrier and part Bull Terrier, and suffered from undiagnosed OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). Gracie is a 12-pound, 14 month-old bundle of energy with a tail that wags non-stop. Gracie loves everyone she meets and gets along with all the dogs in her foster home. She sleeps willingly in a crate at night, but likes to sleep on the bed. She is learning basic manners, and perfecting her housebreaking. A quieter home is best for her, as too much activity can over-stimulate her. You will not meet a more sweet and good-natured dog. Gracie rarely barks unless she sees a dog in the yard; she never barks in the house. She has a real zest for life and would love someone who walks or runs withher. Her favorite things are squeaky toys, and she loves having you play with her. Sorry, but applicants without a fenced yard will not be considered for this girl. Please see more pics of this girlie! Would like another RT to be company for my 6yr old male RT. Busy home, though – kids in and out at all hours. An OCD challenged RT would probably be a poor fit, but would love to know of other adoption opportunities in the area. I’ll keep an eye on the web site.
posted July 25th, 2010 at 12:13 pmI was just wondering on Gracie whats her age? and has she ever been to a dog park? Im looking for another dog to be a playmate. Our dogwe have is named is Foo a RT mixed. he to is on medicine himself so we have to keep our home kinda quite. I dont have a fenced in yard but I do take him the dog park about twice a week.
posted August 3rd, 2010 at 8:18 pmGracie is about a year old. She has not been to a dog park, but she has been to doggy daycare. She is not aggressive with other dogs. If anything, she seems to be more worried about them beating her up.
