Scooby is a handsome, young, lovable affectionate lap dog! He is 18 months old and 21 lbs. Scooby was dumped at a kill shelter in Cartersville, GA and Rat Terrier ResQ stepped in to save him. It took volunteers from Etowah Valley Humane Society, New Rattitude, and two pilots from Pilots N Paws to rescue and transport him to his new foster home in NC. There, he has settled in nicely with three other Rat Terriers, a Golden Retriever and a family with young children. They all get along very well together. Scooby is learning to walk on a leash, play with squeaky toys and follow simple commands. He loves to ride in a car with his foster family. Scooby is house trained and loves to follow his foster mom from room to room. He sleeps through the night in his crate, but prefers to cuddle on top of the covers.
