Mickey – ADOPTED!!

ADOPTED!!   It’s hard to imagine that a pup as cute as Mickey would lack for adopters when he turned up at a shelter.  But he did, and nobody came to adopt him.  After he had been there several weeks, ResQ was asked to step in and help this adorable boy find a good home.  Mickey is approximately 8 to 10 pounds at 5 months old, and they just don’t come much cuter than this guy.  Mickey is crate trained and will sleep in his crate all night long without a peep.  He is an active puppy, full of playful energy, and is enjoying the other young dogs in his foster home.  Mickey is working hard on his housetraining, and doing very well!  Besides being a sweetheart, he is a beautiful example of a Rat Terrier.  We estimate that he should be in the 14 to 16 pound range when fully grown, just the perfect size for a lap buddy!  If you are looking for a playful young family dog, please consider this little guy, and fill out an application quickly, since he won’t be homeless for long.  For more photos of Mickey in his foster home, check out his photo album here.
