This adorable little guy is named Spencer! Spencer is about a year old, and just as cute as they come. He is a type B rat terrier with shorter legs, and he weighs 12 pounds. Spencer is an active puppy who loves to play, play, play, but then he’s ready for a cuddle and kiss. Spencer is very willing to please, and is okay with dog-savvy cats. He loves to play tug-of-war with his 30-pound foster brother, and fully expects to win! He’s doing well with his housetraining, and is not a problem barker. He usually only barks when someone comes to the door, to let you know. Spencer would love a home where he could play fetch with a tennis ball (his favorite game!) and a home with kids would be a plus!    Hi, just sent you guys $100, I’d really like it to go towards the upkeep for Spencer. I’m kinda taken with the little guy. Wish that I could give him a home, but as I’ve already got two Rat Terrors and a Doberman, probably best that I not add another one at this time. If Spencer doesn’t have any needs, other than a forever home, then please use the money for any other Ratty that needs help.
