CongRATulations to the Hickey family!

Tejas (called Hoss for short) is named for the area of Texas where he was found. He and his three siblings were discovered in the woods with their deceased mama. He is about 5 months old and weighs about 13 lbs. Tejas has a full tail which wags constantly, and he loves to chase bugs in the leaves outside. He also likes to play in the snow. He is doing great with his potty training and rarely has an accident. Tejas is also crate trained and good on a leash. He is a great snuggler and loves cuddling, meeting new people and new dogs! He did meet a cat, and did not chase! He was content to try and play with her. He is food motivated so he is easy to train. Tejas is a good puppy, and deserves a family of his own. Could that be yours? Please see more pictures of this cutie pie!

Tanina, our adoption fees are $150 for an adult dog and $175 for a puppy under six months.

We’re adopting his sister and had an awesome playdate with Tejas. He is even more adorable than this picture, and his sweet personality will capture someones heart, like he has ours.

Tejas still needs a home. Everyone who meets him loves him. I can’t believe he wasn’t scooped up yet. His 1st app ended up adopting a pup that was in a dire situation. It was a hard decision for them but the other dog needed them right away.
